Meta Quest 3 Bundle Xbox game pass and other bolt ons HELP

Hello one and all, 

I have checked the website and it seems to be a common problem with these bundles with no clear instruction on how to redeem the bolt ons.

i ordered the Quest 3 bundle and got the headset and Xbox controller but no passes as promised on the site. I was awaiting the £50 EE game pass to which I have now got it was text to me 2 days after the quest 3 arrived so that’s not a problem.

 

My problem is the 24 months of Xbox game pass, 24 months of data pass and 24months of video data pass. There is nothing that tells you how to redeem this at all. I have spent the best part of the morning waiting for 150 to pick up and then to be passed around as nobody knows what’s going on.

I tried ee.co.uk/xbox to see if it’s redeemable in there and after a few attempts I got in and there was nothing there to activate apart from Norton security. 

My question is what do I do please? I’ve called 150 waited most of the morning on there and nothing has been done. There must be a department who knows how to sort this out. 

Very frustrating all I needed was a piece of paper with some links to go to activate these. Instead I’m searching the internet and this forum in effort to get answers. Come on EE this should be basic stuff here!!

When was it you placed the order for you Quest 3?
We recommend with Game Pass codes that the codes can take up to 14 days to send, so please keep an eye out and this should be with you soon.

I appreciate your reply, I finally got in touch with someone who was helpful and she explained that I should get the codes after 14 days of having the Meta Quest 3 as within that time I can return it.

It has been explained that someone could activate these passes and then send the Meta Quest 3 back but still have access to from the passes. To which I totally understand. It would just be much better customer service if this is and was explained at the start instead of leaving customers guessing what’s going on, all that’s needed is clear detail as to when you will receive them. 

EE please sort this out! All that’s needed is transparency and it will save me calling you wasting both your time and mine!

Did you get your 24 months game pass ultimate ? I've been waiting a month with zero help on how or when ill receive it.
