Lenovo legion go steam

Evening all.

I’ve been waiting to purchase a Lenovo legion go steam for a while now. But I’ve been unable to add the drive to my bill. It keeps saying I’m not eligible. Now I’m coming to the last few months of my contract with EE will I ever be able to do so. Or will have to wait until I’ve renewed my contract before I can add the device?

Hi @BobbyMc82,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

Add to plans where you add a device to your monthly bill, don't have a minimum remaining contract length as eligibility. So that wont be causing you to be ineligible currently and signing up to a new one wouldn't make you eligible.

Are you ineligible for all add to plans when you check out others, or just this one? As it can be capped by the available monthly spend the account is eligible for.

It may be best to give our team a call as they would be able to access your account and advise what is making you ineligible currently and advise on how you may become eligible in the future.

We do have the same device either buying it outright or on an EE Finance agreement as an alternative option.
