Received an email and text to say my order had been dispatched. Oddly there was just a space in the text where the courier details should have been.
The tracking number / reference number dosnt work with any courier. How do I get my correct tracking details?

Also please don't post your order reference number in full, but is it a number starting with XK that you've seen on the email?

Hi Peter,
It's a ps5 and game. My order number starts with SO, the dispatch reference number is no letters; just 8 digits.
