You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I only ordered 10 minutes after you, and speaking with the advisors yesterday she said that she could see a console allocated to my account - so fingers crossed for Monday.
That being said, if it does turn out to be the 15th, so be it.
Sony have supply issues, demand is up through the roof. I'd rather have a secure console in a few weeks and not have to deal with the bots and the queues!

Not sure. But why would that make a difference? If they had no stock a simple out of stock message would have been fine and I could have tried to order elsewhere. Telling me now if beyond frustrating

@MikeD_89 speaking sense again mate. Right now, anyone with a console allocated to them should be counting their blessings. This console is like gold dust, you're lucky to get one before the holidays. I can see there being stock issues far into next year. At this point, of sir back, relax, finish off those last platinums, and thank EE for rushing off their feet to ensure we get one.

Are you sure about all this?
I ordered at 8.17, so even earlier than you. Had my money taken first thing yesterday morning but I’ve never had any follow up email.
When I called this morning the guy said there was an “open order” next to my account but no idea when it would be delivered, probably around 15th December. He also tried to tell me they hadn’t even had any stock in so far and that everyone on the forum who said they’d had emails yesterday was lying.
I’m just really confused. I’d hope that they are being done in time order, and that I’d therefor be front of the queue, but everyone who calls up gets told something different.

@WFrederick I was told exactly the same this morning that tejy haven't had any stock 😕 and they are getting it on the 15th .... this was via the 0800 number.
I said I got told differently yesterday and she said well thats what is saying on my system. No stock all it was was a pre order and when we get some we will send them

Hey Danny, I can't speak for that particular person however we haven't had any delivery dates confirmed so they shouldn't have been told Monday. The notes on the account would put the next working day as a placeholder but we shouldn't confirm this until the order starts making it's move to DPD and we then can confirm the definite DPD date.
We are moving the orders along and I would expect them to be much earlier than the 15th of December by before then is the best info I've got for you at the moment. -Andy
