**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

Tell us what games you are looking forward to playing in the comments by tapping “Reply” below.

@Lukeknightlk @mines was supposed be here today and still nothing when was the last time your item was scanned

@MarinaXx so why haven’t they sent it then if they’ve got stock ? 😂

Have you tried going onto the Dpd website and putting the parcel number from the joint ee/dpd e-mail in there.

I've just checked mine which says its on route to my local depot ahead of delivery scheduled tomorrow.

The app states as others have mentioned that dpd are awaiting the parcel.

Sorry if you have but thought I'd mention it.

The sensible thing to do is clearly to wait until the deadline EE communicated has been reached before complaining.

It seems there's a lot of panic arising from poor communication from EE, as well as us peeking over our shoulders to see others receiving their products before us, despite having ordered them after us.

Either way, we've been given the 15th Dec as a hard cut-off, so let's reserve our frustrations until then.

The funniest thing about all this is that EE can provide provide forum moderators to bleep out swearing, but can't push out a tiny comms update which would stop the swearing happening in the first place.

I work in comms for a large public sector organisation, have done for many years, and this has given me some excellent material for future training sessions. You can't beat a real example - in this case a company completely failing to nip a reputational issue in the bud.

One email, text, or forum post could see this thread and the FB groups fizzle out in seconds.

I'm a felow 19th November PS+ pariah by the way.

Also worth keeping an eye on the ps5 thread on hot uk deals as people have posted availability on there ( although has dried up a bit since the weekend). But people seem to post before any of the stock alerts from the various apps come through including stock at some of the lesser known retailers. This is how I found out about ee going live.

EE are recieving stock tomorrow like they have the last few weeks. The last official comms we all got from EE was that text stating that it would arrive by 15th Dec the latest. I am fuming and will complain most likely but what I do believe that us ps+ guys will get it by the 15th Dec. There must be much less of us then the other two orders.

I think a lack of communication has caused some issues. But also all the stories we have heard, isn't easing anyones mind.

@carlosthedj i am the exact same thats why I went to the CEO not because I cant wait till the 15th just because the whole issue could be nipped with one update.

'We have plenty of stock dony worry it will arrive by the 15th. Sorry for the confusion'

Mine just been delivered - out of here
