You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered a PS+ bundle on the 19th too.
All of the moaning, complaining and SHOUTING on this forum is a great read to pass away the time while I wait for my console to turn up, or not.
Keep it up everyone - lets see if we can hit 500 pages by the 15th December.
When orders still don't turn up on the 15th I expect this entertaining forum to hit 1,000 pages by December 16th. Probably due to the same 50 people writing 100 posts each. 🙂

ordered on the 3rd ps with extra controller
Mine was added to my plan today but no dpd tracking yet.
Does anyone know how long after added to plan you get tracking?

@shaz89 I’ve got the same bundle from the same date.
It was added to plan today and I’ve just checked the DPD app it says it should be delivered tomorrow.
I’ve had no text from DPD I’ve just been checking the app.

How is that EE’s fault, if there is no damage to the console then what’s the issue??

@Briff I'm in the same boat. Have you had your £10 taken yet? I see others have but I haven't had any money taken, nothing showing up on my EE app or any notifications from EE/DPD.
Every time I have phoned they have told me to wait until 15th..

@Becky41 When I had to call them due to a "discrepancy" between the order and my account, they said that they let Sim-only be eligible but when I gave them my payment details the system didn't like them, then I got an "order processed" email saying that due to a "technical error" £10 would be added to my bill. I assumed that the £10 is the upfront fee that they couldn't take off my card but everyone I've spoken to on live chat and DS isn't aware of this email so I don't know if they have forgotten about my order or now. I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow when my bill gets refreshed to see what my bill says

I’m honestly 100% confident we’ll all have our PS5’s by December 15th, there sending them out in bundles, 2 weeks ago consoles only, last week console and controller orders & this weekend it’ll be full bundle orders, it’s annoying that people that ordered on the 3rd have already got their PS5’s but no one that ordered that day have received full bundles. We all signed up for the 15th, next week we’ll all have one👍🏻
