You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@DavidT29 Most people, like myself, have just given up posting/chasing for an update because we have had 3 weeks of it and it's gotten us nowhere, i've totally given up and will receive it when (IF) i receive it..

Ordered ps5 + controller on 19th at 8:40 and received no DPD notification or dispatch email from EE. However I have just asked the live chat for an update on my order and they have given me my tracking details and parcel is due to come today👍🏻

I've got an order number but no tracking number, any idea if id get some sort of tracking if I rung dst an gave them my order number?

@Sam1994 exactly this! After realising my ps+ bundle was highly unlikely to be shipped last week I stopped checking up on here over the weekend & it's the most relaxed I've felt in ages! I've popped in this morning just to see if anything is going on, but I'll likely just check in every other day & towards the end of the week just to see if things are moving.

@Sam1994Yeah, the negative energy last week on here was out of control! I'm keeping my eye on the forum just to monitor when dispatch notes are going out. Last week I was just skim reading through hundreds of moans. The manbabies seem to have migrated over to FB now. Peace at last

Just came off chat from someone that’s in the UK (for once) and was told anyone that’s ordered on the 3rd will receive their ps5 after the 15th and it’s already been updated to say from the 15th...
“Deliveries for the PS5 start from 15th December, the timescale you can expect is 1-3 working days from this date, you will know what date as DPD will send that text. It may very well arrive on the day for some so just keep your phone handy.”

You have to realise EE have really messed up on communication everyone in

I ordered mine on the 3rd but I've had an email saying before 15th and the DST I spoke to said definitely by the 15th

Funny when I spoke to chat yesterday (advisor was not from the uk) they said I will receive my tracking number today
