**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Samjbull Good to hear! Gives me some hope at least 🙂 

So to back up some of the other experiences, 

 

DPD have just delivered mine.  Disk Version and Controller bundle.  ordered on 19th November at 8:31

I have had zero notifications from DPD or EE on its delivery. 

 

So i wouldn't panic folks im sure they are on their way  

I am on another EE or the same cause I have just rang DST and they are telling me there is non is stock! What do we believe here cause they are now saying after the 15th and in another breath you are in a queue for dispatch, seems like they are saying anything to get you off the phone and I received another text stating your order will be despatched soon. 

Just got my DPD notification for Monday, PlayStation 5 with the Extra Controller, good luck to everyone else 🙂

Anybody who ordered on the 3rd had any other notification other than confirmation emails/ £10 taken from account?


Glad to see those who ordered on the 19th are getting notifications/updates.

@Cooper3 Technically speaking there is non in stock because the stocks allocated. I’m sure you will get notification soon if your the 1st wave as others have.

Ordered PS5 disc + extra Controller bundle on 19/11 @ 10am. Just checked my DPD app and my EE PS5 is coming Monday 7th Dec. Just an update for you folks!

@EB25 unless there’s some weird glitch, I can’t see us getting ours until this time next week at the earliest so I wouldn’t expect notification of delivery yet.

received email at 08:04 “ about your order “ 

two hours later I called and asked for the money to be taken then received an email “Your PS5 Order Xko” after 

then yesterday I received my order number . 

I wouldn’t expect to hear anything about 2nd wave until maybe end of next week tbh. Anything earlier is a bonus tbh

hi for the OG buyers .. i orderd console and controller on the 19th .. processed on the 20th .... recieved my dpd notification and email about an hour and half ago ... but before tnhat i was just on the phone to DST .. and got told my order was still open sales .. so all hope was lost ... but then about 40 mins later i got my dpd notification for delivery monday ... all the 19th orders i suspect will get it by next weekend latest as there isnt too many 19th orders left on this forum ... good luck everybody and have a great christmas .. its been an emotional ride ... EE are great for giving us the oppertunity they have ...
