**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

Tell us what games you are looking forward to playing in the comments by tapping “Reply” below.

Long time lurker of the drama in here but to just give you some info on my situation...
Ordered @ 10AM on 19th Nov - Sim Only 24 month contract.

£10 was taken on the 27th Nov.

05/12 - Just got my text from DPD, it'll arrive this afternoon.

That whole process took 0 calls to EE, didn't waste anyones time including mine and I'm getting a PS5!

Good luck to all, and stop ringing CS up. It'll come eventually.

is that the first text you have received mate?

@thomnow did you say you got the DPD notification today like this morning? Nice to know there's still some hope! Did you order a bundle?

@thomnow Great post. The behaviour on display in this thread is appalling.

Thanks for welcoming me everyone!
It was my first text, I got the notification this morning, and its being delivered this afternoon.

They will arrive just requires some patience!

Cheers!

I spoke to someone on the Live chat this morning. I ordered mine on 3rd Dec and was asking about the expected delivery date.

The guy checked my account and told me that there was no order processed and advised me to order again when they come back in stock but I've had an email confirming it and had the XKO number. Does this mean I've definitely got it coming? Really confused..

I am sure everyone else is feeling the same such the like that this is all shambles.

I ordered mine, had the £10 taken, was told it would arrive today by the sales team.

All well and good, so I spoke to the live chat and sales team this morning for delivery times or tracking information as I have to work and they are now telling me it won't be dispatched anytime soon. Kind of feel like the fact they seem to be prioritising those on SIMO contracts or those of the smaller bundles firsts.

Yeah just to clarify - I'm on Sim Only & ordered a non bundle.

I just wish EE would send everyone email updates sounds like he's fobbing you off on the chat if you have an order number then the order has gone through and it's awaiting confirmation you got to remember they have back orders to send out from the first order for people asking the same bloody questions over and over scroll through the forums and find your answers sounds like your getting withdrawal symptoms because they aren't putting your order as a priority you will be in a que on the system I was pretty annoyed 3 weeks ago when Curry's let me order mine then cancelled my order a few hours later I hear this is also happening with EE after people have placed their orders not sure how true it is I have my order in my email it hasn't been processed yet but don't see why it wouldn't as every order I've placed on add to plan has been fulfilled

I still have my PS4 pro and I'm still happy playing on it for now phoning up whining on the phone isn't going to get your console any quicker and you will be told all kinds of crap to get you off the phone

@dearlyphoto You have to be one of the biggest trolls going on this forum or an EE employee seeing as you can't handle anything negative said against EE. You've told us a million times you've got yours, good for you but stop taking the morale high ground when others are frustrated and upset with good reason in some cases. whether you agree or not antagonising others isn't a good look. Have some respect for others. Good day sir.
