You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I got an email asking me to call EE about my recent order. So i rang the sales team overseeing the PS5, long story short but i didn't need to contact them and the email was sent from the system in error. She said there is nothing wrong with my order and to ignore the email.
She then stated that they have no PS5 in stock and has no idea when the next batch is due and how many might be received. She indicated it was likely to be later this week but it's anyone's guess, might be next week. She said the orders are being sent out depending on who ordered what and she said they have lots of 'console only' orders left to fulfil, if anyone ordered a bundle then that would happen after the 'console only' orders had been sent out. She said fingers crossed for 15th Dec but EE will keep us updated if it goes over that.

@wizkid00 What logic is that to send out all the cheaper bundles first. Feel like rioting when people are getting told this.

I called up today with a billing issue and like most just asked for an update while I was on the phone. Spoke to the team in Dublin and the guy said that I had an expected delivery date of 23/11/20 but that’s just based on their first available date when the order was processed. So people who have got dates for 30/11/20 wouldn’t have your hopes up too much. Got the usual spiel of 15th of December (hopefully) but if later will be informed.

We have no clue.
Last time around on Friday DPD notifications started going out from now-ish.
So we should have it confirmed/denied shortly.

Just spoke to someone on live chat around ten mins ago, told him I still haven’t had a text like I was told I would, he then gave me a order number but said delivery was STARTING FROM the 15th december
has there been a delay?
