**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I don't think you're wrong for being optimistic or pessimistic. We literally have no idea what's true or false re the info being fed back to us. I'd say it's quite 50/50 still.

 

I don't trust much of what we've been told so far but I wouldn't expect them to lie about having the stock and it being ready to ship. But then they have given false info on many occasions. It works both ways. No wrong side to be on. 

 

Just hoping we all get our consoles soon 🙂 

I’ve even purchased Spiderman Miles Morales PS5 in anticipation for my console over the weekend 😂 

btw if anyone hears of stock for the pulse 3D headset please let me know 😁

This is beyond a joke at this point.

 

How can SIM only customers who ordered after 10am be prioritized over people who met the terms and ordered bundles?

 

It is not fair by any stretch of the imagination. 

 

Does anyone know how we'd go about complaining? Appreciate they said by 15th but these people have PS5's and are paying the same amount (if not less!) and we haven't and still no communication from EE.

I'm only after this for my son's xmas present, but after all the hassle I think I should think about getting myself a game to play on too! If I get a look in.

@MikeD_89 I actually posted about this whole bundle thing a couple days ago as I believe these bundles are being premade. I had a ps5 + controller bundle come through from Very on friday and it looked packed identical to others I had seen pictures of online from other retailers offering the same bundle. The box of mine also on the inside of the box had PSK5 written on it in big letters, which could be a way to identify if bundles are being packed at the same originator. I personally believe this is the case and EE simply didnt have any of the bundles arrive to them last week when the console only orders shipped. I don't buy their reason of controllers being out of stock at all as they are the only thing that have been well in stock this entire time everywhere. I was told they were getting shipments every Thursday and thats what I believe, but as a controller bundle order, I hope thats wrong and we hear something today. EE just told me yesterday my order is an open order, so even if they do ship today, I am doubtful mine will be sent as others seem to have been given 30th dispatch dates.

Does anybody know what happens if you miss your delivery with DPD? All my household works week days so nobody will be in. Can you reschedule your delivery for a certain day once you get notified on the app? Or can you have it delivered to a neighbour of your choosing?

At this point you're probably better off getting the Arctis 7 - its even on Cyber Monday deals so its the same price as the Pulse headset
