You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I'm a bundle customer, handset contract - ps5 and controller. I've had it added to my plan this morning which I wasn't expecting to happen until it had been processed so at least there is movement on the bundles?

If they're having a meeting at 3pm on the new wave of pre orders (God help them) then it suggests that the current orders have been fulfilled and will be dispatched this afternoon. We live in hope.

The difference is today that we know they have had stock in on Friday, a number of our orders show "waiting for DPD", and dispatch dates of today.
I'm with you, normally in the pessimistic camp, but we have good signs so far for today.

Also contacted ds, got the same response that order is confirmed, awaiting stock (console and controller) and it'll be with me by the 15th.
Since following this thread some 100 pages ago, I now seem to see dpd vans on every street, it's like they're mocking me...

@MikeD_89 I'm assuming only they can see the order status? Nothing is showing on my 'add to plan' page still. Haven't had a word since the two emails and £10 taken..

To be fair, customer service have always said that there was no stock then all of a sudden loads of customers starting receiving their dpd notifications. I’ve learnt not to listen to what they say and just wait for this notification 😂

I know a bit off-topic, but now that I know I will be getting one from EE I am looking at a good headset.
Was wondering if anyone who might have had a PS4 or already has their PS5 could recommend any good headset/headphones. I am more focused on single-player games so the mic is not that important.

I've always assumed the 'out of stock' line was for new orders, not for existing orders which need to be fulfilled.

@MESSBAND i love my PS4 gold, however I broke the dongle and they’re impossible to buy, a good quality one anyways so i think I’m going for some wireless Steelseries Arctic with my ps5 as I heard the Sony pulse aren’t very comfortable.

I love my headphones, especially wireless. I have the SteelSeries Arctis Wireless Pro’s. They’re amazing and the sound quality is fantastic. It has Bluetooth too so while I’m playing a single player game, I’ll have my iPad on with a live stream or a YouTube video all coming into my headset at the same time. Not sure if any of that is relevant to you but SteelSeries is my go to for headphones.
