You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

"Within 17 months..." Does that mean you must have started your contract 17 months ago or does it mean you must have 17 months left to go on your contract?

i wouldn’t worry. I didn’t change the number on the account when I ordered so I added the ps5 to the account that is not in the first 17 months. There’s only 5 months left on a 24 month contract. It was accepted and i received the ps5 (not a bundle) yesterday.
Those waiting on shipping....I didn’t get any information from EE that it was on its way to me. The only thing I got was seeing it on the DPD app. I still haven’t heard from EE and still haven’t had the £10 taken! It is now showing the ps5 add on the my EE app though.

My money is on gta6 release at this point.
Its so annoying that EE are posting deals on social media. If you look at the comments there are lots of people chasing problems with orders not only ps5 and yet they are trying to attract more orders

What’ll happen next is that we’ll get a notification from DPD, get all excited, it’ll arrive and turn out to just be the extra controller! 😂

For what its worth, I've been sending parcels out with DPD for other xmas presents (they're insanely reliable, I might aswell use them!) and when sending a parcel, it doesn't appear on the app straight away, I think its only once it is scheduled for pick-up.
Obviously EE are proper DPD partners, but its entirely possible we have tracking numbers assigned to us that arn't working or on the app yet.
I guess we find out tomorrow...

Ami I the only non-bundle person left here haha. Ordered at 8:23am. Sim-only but they tried taking my £10 on 20th which was initially just used as credit for next month's bill. But when I called Friday because they cancelled my order, she manually did my order and said she didn't need to take the £10 again. So not sure if I'm at the back of the pile or reserved. Either way, its funny that people from 10am have got it haha.
