You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I get that they have always said by the 15th December but I'm not going to lie, I feel so deflated knowing that up and down the country, EE customers are happily playing on their consoles (or flogging them on eBay) despite not always meeting the t&c's whilst we have all been left to stew.
From a logistical standpoint I understand it completely but from a personal one, I just feel like a second rate customer whom EE doesn't give a toss about, like our money isn't as good as theirs (despite paying more per month).
I shouldn't feel like I should have spent LESS, surely from a business standpoint that's the opposite of what EE would be wanting to get across to customers.
Hopefully it'll be a short wait but I am gutted and I will be sure to voice my distain after this has all cooled down.

I'd be so happy if we all get a delivery notification tomorrow. I'd have liked to have played at the weekend but I'd be so happy having it on Monday.

I could not agree more.
I'm really hoping that the previous posts that talk about DPD not picking up on Saturday, and controllers & console being in the warehouse, are both legit - because thats our main hope for dispatch tomorrow
Its also ironically something the EE warehouse/supply chain manager could easily confirm or deny. Our best source of information through all of this has been third hand via this forum, which is just not great for a communications company - you know...
I get that its "just" a console, and don't get me wrong, I'm not annoyed at EE or even Sony, I'm just nervous about not being able to get the most sought after Christmas present in a decade - and disappointed that we've been let down

Folks u just have to accept the 1st batch has gone..and there's no stock left till the next consignment arrives.... when we don't know. thats why ee have given till the 15th. Its a supply and demand buissness ee aint bothered who gets the goods as long as they make a profit.

That might be true - that might also not be true - we literally have no form of clear communication from EE.
About 30mins before the first dispatch notifications were going out, we had customer reps on the phone still saying "before/after the 15th for any delivery".
It sounds like the warehouse for the PS5's are being handled at a separate site by a separate contractor, because we have no clear communication.

I'm guessing no one who ordered a bundle has got one yet? At least that's something that's consistent. I ordered my PS5 plus controller at 0824.

Same here, ordered at 0844, although I have received confirmation through both SMS and Email. I wish I had it tomorrow! I even bought Demon's Soul already!

There have been 0 bundles (at least ones we can confirm) and about 95% of all stand alone console shipped.
