You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

The very least EE can do is provide an update for those still waiting, the last comms I got from them was the email with order number on the 20th. I ordered the controller bundle around 8:30 on 19th, didn't even see the console on its own version. It's not good enough having to come onto the forum to find out what's going on and I'm sure CS are getting sick of customers calling so are probably saying whatever just to get people off their back.
Granted they have said we should get it by 15th December but when it was available to order EE made it seem like they had stock but now it just seems we were pre-ordering.

I do feel bad for the CS staff getting hounded with calls, but if EE did what they said they would and keep us all updated this wouldn’t be happening.

Quick update on my side. 8.17 order on SIMo contract . Got my DPD SMS this morning at 10am for a delivery today (Saturday) at 1pm. No other communication but an email from EE yesterday afternoon to tell me it was making its way to me very soon.

I spoke to a guy from digital sales this morning he’s was pretty sound tbf I’ve ordered the console + controller and PS+ and he basically said the they was still waiting on part of the order as they can’t ship things separate as they will all come in one package and said that they get a delivery every Thursday so if I didn’t receive anything past couple days I probably won’t hear anything till this time next week when the next delivery comes in and if I didn’t get a text next week it would be the week after and so forth

@Jackjeffries Just more conflicting info from more CS reps though. Honestly don’t know who to believe, think we all just have to wait till it eventually turns up sometime between now and the 15th. EE must be wishing they never bothered selling these consoles more hassle than it’s worth 😂
