You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

As a bundle customer I feel absolutely shafted by EE. The whole process has been frustrating and this will definitely be my last purchase through them.

I ordered mine on Thursday 19th but didn’t get the xko code so I called up on Friday morning and she was amazing she sorted all out for me and took the £10 and said if I don’t here anything a week before the 15th I should call up and they will track it for me but then I got a text about 20 minutes ago and last week I got a switch on Friday and got a text the same day and I got it Saturday morning, I don’t know if that would have help anyone

The whole thing is a joke !
ordered a bundle in stock 19th 8:17
Then to be told it’s not I stock the next day and it’s actually a pre order .
fast forward one week to see people who order at 10am get there orders the next day .
to then be told we can’t ship your item because it’s the controller is oos when every shop in the land has tons of stock .
like a comedy a sketch .

This whole thing is a disaster.
So what my console is going to sit in a warehouse until a controller arrives now? Just send me the console and I'll pay delivery for the controller later I don't care.
If it's delayed because the controller isn't there. Give me an update, like it says on the front of this post. Never had a bad experience with EE but this is making me rapidly question my provider choices.

I’m really confused as to what’s going on anymore, I’ve got both the emails, £10 has been taken and that’s it, hasn’t been added to my add ons, no text, no dpd absolute nothing, I ordered 8.37 with the extra controller and I think what the most depressing thing is not just for me but everyone that ordered with the extra items, 9 times out of 10 we didn’t even want the extra items it was just the first thing we saw all the best for everyone getting there console tomorrow though finally some peace
