EE still have 19 days to fulfil orders. Everyone just needs to wait. I'm sure if there is a delay we will be told about it as soon as they can.

@Gdownes you haven't been here since the start of the thread have you 😁.
Lots and lots of lies being told by ee. People being time everything from its on its way to after the 15th. In think very few people who have been keeping track of this thread have ANY faith in what EE is saying. They seem to be saying whatever they been to in order to pacify the costumers but they know they can't be honest as people will be pee'd off.
Let's be honest, all people want is a date. Saying by the 15th is NOT a date. By more they JUST know where people are in the list so should be able to give an idea of delivery date. Saying they can't is saying EE are incompetent.

Yeah I've been here since the start, and read every single comment and have also pointed out lies EE have told. For example saying they had stock when they didn't and for saying the £10 will be taken when it was shipped then changing this 3 days later. However, one thing that has been consistent from the actual team dealing with it is the delivery is expected by the 15th of December. But I do understand peoples frustrations regarding all the information being given by different teams

@Gdownes yeah that's the painful thing. If EE had been consistent throughout then there wouldn't be half as much anger on here as the is.
No disrespect meant.

Fyi just to confirm that all the agents say different things i just spoke to one who said ee don't expect to have any in the warehouse until atleast the 15th December and thats subject to change 😂

I think what would help clear things up is if EE gave an explanation as to why the 15th was given. Is it because stock is due on a certain date? Or is that just a random day they have come up with? Do they already have the stock? Are they waiting for the stock? There’s so many questions without answers. If people knew the answers it would probably have halved this forum.
