You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered mine around 9:30. So far so good. Received the order number but closed the page as thought it would be sent in the email. My plan fits the criteria but it sounds like anything can happen today. Fair play to EE for this opportunity though and like others said, not crashing the site.

Ordered mine 8:30 ish and received an email at 8:44 got the xo code and email confirmation.
Did anyone receive another email after saying ‘About your 4gee order’?
It said this:
‘Hi
Your order is almost complete, we will have you up and running soon.
We need a bit more information from you to complete the order.
If you can give us a call on 0800 079 0531, with your XKO ready.
Our offices are open:
• Monday - Sunday 9:00am - 7:00pm
Once we receive this information we will get your order moving.
Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to speaking to you and getting you started with EE.’
When I called they just asked me security questions, the woman told me it should be ordered as I’ve got xo/email and to wait for confirmation emails today or in coming days for delivery updates.

Just phoned up the 0800 number and got given my XKO number. So for anyone panicking about not having it give them a ring. They're just waiting for stock to be put into the system so they can allocate.

Spoke with a lovely advisor at the EE help call centre, who confirmed that everyone who got a order in successfully, and got their "EE - About Your Order" email but no confirmation order number email, has successfully submitted an order to EE. But we have to be patient with the confirmation emails, as they'll only be sent out when the order is dispatched and they have the stock for your order:
Basically, we all joined a "waiting list" as we got our orders through, and EE allocate their stock down this list. But they might only have had one wave of stock this morning - hence why lots of us are still waiting without a confirmation order (i.e. we are further down the waiting list). But this still means we are securely in that "list" and that as soon as stock becomes available, we will be allocated a console and a order number (and a delivery date). It also means no one else can cut above you in the waiting list over the next days r weeks - you are the priority.
She also was willing to suggest that new waves of stock would be "a matter of days rather than weeks". So we all just need to be patient. Hope this has settled some nerves.

Managed to get one at about 8:35 this morning, couldn’t believe my eyes seeing them in EE. Amazing price as well can’t wait for it to arrive!!
