**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

Just been told on the phone , the systems have been going hectic and the people who have received the "winging its way email "  was a mistake and confusion on mixed messages.... its the "before December 15th" email you need which  pretty much confirms your order .... and there basically waiting for there delivery of consoles and then when they arrive there going to be shipping them all out to the  customers who have received the "xko number email stating before December 15th " ....  mind at ease 🙂 !!

This is clearly nonsense 😂. The “winging its way” receivers will obviously be the first to receive. And the “by the 15th december” will be the second batch. Say what you want to make yourself feel better but use a bit of common sense.

I would love to know which batch I've got. Phoned up yesterday and they
sorted my £10 out over the phone and I then received email whilst on phone
of its winging its way to you not the receive by 15th email that some had.
The £10 has left my bank and is showing paid on my ee. Would be helpful to
know whether the email is standard to person who sorted it or whether it
means its 1st batch. I'm not overly bothered as I am just hopeful it
arrives in time for my husbands bday on 9th Dec.

Thats what I got told , just finished work and phoned them up to get abit of clarification,  and as for the 10 pound payment it says its been credited to your account .. meaning it will come off your next bill , and when they playstation is on its way to you , it will then be added onto your next bill so it all evens out ,  only sharing my experience for the people going through same thing as I am

I have a relative who works in ee digital sales.. the winging it email was changed to order prossessed as the winging it gave false information as to ps5 being sent out..so had to change it to prossessed..if u got the original order confirmation..and had £10 took off cards or accounts u have the ps5...waiting for stock to arrive then shipped

some people have only received the winging it’s way, some people have received processed, some people have received by the 15th, some have received a mixture. From my 3/4 calls with EE I’ve been told different things. It’s not about making yourself feel better like someone said, everyone’s getting told different things. We don’t know about first batch or second batch personally I dont care as I’m just happy with the order and the fact it’s gone through. It’s clear from what everyone has been told, If you’ve got an Xko number rest assured you’ll have your console by Christmas. Other than that it’s a lottery who gets it first. But if you’ve got an xko number. RELAX

Tiler77  pretty much exactly what I got told

@Luke891 ahhhh I get it. That makes sense. Another thing that has put my mind to ease. I’ve accepted it may come in 2/3 weeks and I’m fine with that!
