You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Been assured its gone through and have email that I will receive my order by 15th December but advisor today said they haven't had any stock of ps5 they are getting them by 15th and will send out from 15th

i just spoke to customer services and they confirmed i definitely managed to get one but stated that they weren't starting the delivery process until 15/12/20 so more mixed messages clearly

@Dango97 I'm the exact same as you mine was ordered at 8.30 and had around 5 emails in a row yesterday saying about my order but no money taken. I contacted ee a few times and everytime its a new story. EE need to come out and clear this up. Do they even have people that look in this forum?

@seanhicks this is what they told me today- yesterday it was we WOULD get it by the 15th now they aren't sending them until the 15th.
If that's the case its going to be bedlam with other companies saying the same

You Ordred same time as me yet mine wasn't processed till 2 30 yesterday
I don't think they know what's going on lol bloody nuts do they have stock or have they took orders to ship when they get it 😕

All the people who used the curry's glitch and Ordred through the night are getting here ps5 delivered over weekend/Monday 🥵🥵

So should we all expect a text or email on Monday with an updated delivery date?
On a side note, it would be nice if the app worked and didn't error out every two minutes. I cant check anything on there.

i think they have messed up and taken to many orders on a promise that they will receive more stock fairly soon, the fact my email says they will try and deliver within 1 day then speaking to the CS team saying that they arent even starting to deliver until the 15 is a joke

I think we are all confusing the agents who actually aren’t dealing with ps5s on the phones they are online orders only.
we have been told before 15th if your where early am for a order you got that in a email yesterday that just to hear from dpd . Advisors on the lines aren’t dealing with them. Hence why we are getting different answers I’d sit back and not worry until 15th dec 😎

Wouldn't be surprised if people who ordered later get one before early orders lol
