**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Yep I’m the same- no add to plan, no delivery update no word from DPD...

 

My boyfriend and friend both ordered same bundle after me and received them on Wed and Friday this week. 

Here’s hoping for Monday!! 

Full bundle delivered today..... 347 pages of torture but to be fair to EE they came through and before the 15th as promised.

Same here. Ordered mine on the 3rd around 8:15am. 

Had the £10 taken and the xko tracking number which just gives me an error when I try it. Not added to plan no update whatsoever.

Luckily I'm not desperate for it I can wait but the lack of communication is worrying. I will wait till 15th and if still nothing then time to raise it further

My PS5 is finally here! For those still waiting, it’s well worth it and I hope yours turn up soon.

 

That said, as others have reported on here, no PS+ code anywhere to be found so going to have to ring up.

By the looks of it the remaining controller bundles from the 3rd are all at the same stage (myself included) . Should think if there units aren't already with EE they will be with them on Monday as they had a delivery this Monday just gone I think

Mine had no ps plus, rung up an they put it through to manager, had a call back asking if all was well apart from the ps, getting a ps plus card sent to me via royal mail she said I'll get it within 5 to 7 days, BTW it was worth the wait hope you all get yours very soon! Happy gaming everyone 😄

Well, the last 3 weeks have been real! Ordered 19th, full bundle ps+. Just been delivered and I couldn't be happier. Ps+ code is under the invoice docs. Delighted! Hope everyone waiting gets their delivery soon. 

Well im being told Monday for my bundle, BUT getting delivered by royal mail. Now surely for something this expensive they have to take a photo of you and/or signature before they part from it.apparently dpd can't cope with demand .so il just wait and see i have had my confirmation email, deposit  taken and the email saying its been added to my 0lan so here's hoping Monday 🙂 

Did it come by dpd and did you have to sign for it

I didn't sign for mine he took a picture of it with the door open they won't ask for signatures because of covid they just take  a picture with your door open an you half in the picture haha
