It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I ordered on the 3rd, PS5+extra pad. Had all the emails and texts to say it was on my plan and they took my £10. Got an email on the 9th saying it'll come on the 10th.. it didn't. DPD app was showing that they didn't have it yet so called both DPD and EE - they blamed eachother...
No change on the DPD app until 2:45pm yesterday where they said it is on it's way to the local depot (North East area). They now claim it will be with me on Monday.
I'm a little worried that it might show up early and I'll need to make sure somebody is home for it. I've used the DPD app quite a bit in the past and things have usually taken around 7-9 hours to get to my local depot from the Hinckley warehouse so I'm not sure how to judge it.
Does anybody know how it works if you want to pay it off in one go? I think I read somewhere that it gets added to your next bill but I'd rather just ring up and pay it off than wait for my bill to come out.

Just thought I'd drop in and say I ordered my ps+ bundle on 3/12 and it just arrived today - after being told by customer service it would arrive AFTER 15/12. Just wanted to give my ps+ crew some hope, as I know it was looking like the ps+ bundles were the problem. Just hold out guys - they should arrive by 15/12 🙂

I'm a ps+ 19th and DPD originally said Monday but I've now received my hour slot for today.
Next bantz will be me missing the delivery driver who refuses to ring the doorbell

Same. Ordered the ps+ bundle on the 19th at around 8:20.
DPD app still says its en route to my local depot which is 6 hours away from hinckley, that was from 14:30 yesterday.
Monday delivery apparently.
What an absolute rollercoaster!

@Aphideous91 you can overpay on your bill, so if it's normally £50 a month, next month you pay £50 + the cost of the PS5 and your account will remain in credit as the months pass

I ordered on the 3rd controller bundle but still no add to plan text or tracking information, spoke to the digital care team today on the phone and they said I'll definitely have it by the 15th and they will be dispatching over the weekend. Hopefully I get the text soon

For anybody who got a text saying it's added to plan but have had nothing since, talk to live chat and ask for the tracking number, that's what Iv had to do and I can track it in the app and it's coming today
