**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.
Find out more about Add To Plan >
Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
Am I eligible?
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
Can I buy over the phone?
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
How do I know my order has been successful?
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Will you be selling accessories or games?
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
How will I find out about my delivery details?
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Christopher_G with regards to your post 6393, I think that it is rather premature to mark your post as the solution.
It is plain to see that there are a number of people who have not as yet received their orders, and also a number of people who have. For those that are yet to receive their orders, which EE have until the 15th December to fulfil, surely it would be prudent to provide better communications, and put their minds at ease.
So far, EE have fulfilled Console only orders, and also, Console and Additional Controller bundles, yet it would appear from a variety of social media, that EE are yet to fulfil an order for the Console, Additional Controller and PS Plus bundle. Transparency as to why not one of these orders have yet been fulfilled, and confidence that these will be fulfilled is required.
People whose order are yet to be dispatched, have no doubt missed out on any alternative means of getting the console by Christmas.
Why not offer the option, for the bundle to be issued via a split, with the Console / Console and Additional Controller to be sent out, in advance of the PS Plus. Or even credit the PS Plus from the order. As surely it is not right, that those who ordered on the 3rd December, have and are receiving their bundles before those who ordered on the 19th November.

@Manchesterr My console and controller bundle from the 19th hasn't been fulfilled yet because my advisor needs to get authorisation for higher up to put my payment through and I can't get hold of him!

Firstly sorry to all those that have had issues. Appears the ee computer system is not dynamic enough to split your order and has to wait until all of it is available. Looking at the thread it appears everyone should get their ps5 by 15/12.
Mine came this morning, and came in a larger brown box with airbags and was well protected, no damage at all.
I suppose the positives are that we all should have a ps5 secured by ee and have not had to go through the rigmarole of early morning starts, crashing websites, cancelled orders, paying scalpers extortionate amounts of money and we have 11 months interest free to pay it back. For all of those reasons thanks to ee and I hope everyone gets sorted ASAP before the 15/12.

For the record, I'm a full PS+ bundle person who ordered on 19th Nov, and yet to receive the products.
But it's astonishing how much panic there is, even before EE's official deadline has been reached.
I know it's getting late, I know we've had little by way of explanation (not that there's anything to explain if we all end up receiving our bundles before 15th) and I know it's annoying that others have started receiving theirs before us, even though many of them placed orders 2 weeks after us.
But let's all just save our grievances until 15th Dec - because until then, EE haven't actually violated anything they agreed to.

Welcome to PS+ Bundles D Day - the famous (and final) Thursday dispatch email day has finally arrived. I can only wonder what Friday morning will bring us if no PS+ orders get notifications today.
