**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Has anyone had an email from DPD yet? Or a delivery tracking number?

Nothing as of yet the £10.00 payment has gone into pending.

 

Waiting on next confirmation hopefully be early next week that I receive it. 

 

 

Ordered at 10:04 and nothing yet on payment or a 2nd email.

 

I did receive an order number and about your order email and I meet the criteria so no idea what’s going on at the minute, assume they’re just working their way through the orders. 

@thefraggle79 no offence mate, but (assuming you're a grown man) you may want to consider growing a pair.

 

It's just a games console, and you'll get one eventually.

 

In the meantime, you're not going to starve, and presumably have other games consoles available to you to help you pass the time.

I ordered 2 consoles yesterday, but only recieved one "Your Add To Plan Order" email this morning at 10:27... only £10 has been taken from my bank too.

 

Anyone in the same boat as me?

 

ps. my first order was 8:45 and second order was 9:15

So I ordered mine at 8.27 yesterday, received the first email straight away. Received 3 emails today at the same time saying about subject to eligibility checks. Called several times today as the money hasn't come out. Finally got an answer...I already have 3 add to plans and that's the maximum. So I paid one off and now it's a waiting game to get my XKO number and the order to be processed. The last guy I spoke to at ee was very nice and helpful but did say it may not happen now as they're all gone but to keep my fingers crossed. I went for the bundle with the controller. 

Did he do this on the phone for you? If so what number did you call and what did you say? I’m sim only contract

Hey everyone

 

I got the PS5 + Controller bundle at exactly 8:30am yesterday morning. 

 

Joined EE in August with a handset and paid the £10 with a card in my name. 

 

However, still only had the 4 emails this morning saying "subject to checks" and nothing at all since. I also tried to speak to customer services but they needed the order number which apparently is only one that first screen and nowhere else!

 

Gave her my name, telephone number - everything, but she couldn't find any information at all. After half an hour on the phone we both gave up. 

 

Is anyone else in a similar boat? E.g. meet the criteria, ordered early etc

Hi, what number did you call? The one for this just keeps telling me to
call later and on 150 there doesn't seem to be an option
