**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Can't see any Ps5, Controller, PS+ being sent today.

 

Laughable thing is I don't even want the spare f**king controller or ps+, it was just the first bundle I saw when ordering on the 19th

Hello everyone I have been on the thread day one and decided to call just now CS told me after a long hold that my ps5 + controller has been PICKED UP, and should be delivered 6-7th, I have not received the DPD email or text yet this is what pushed me too call but he (Gavin) explained that DPD will contact me on a delivery slot which he spoke to his team leader, he provided me with a order number but I am not able to track as DPD will have to process this 

@Spikecast   I was in a similar position to yourself ordered 19th @8:31  with an extra controller.  Had very limited comms no texts etc. 

 

I wasn't  panicked about it just wanted to know what was going on more for if it was being delivered in the next few days so i could make sure someone was in.  spoke to live chat about 20 mins ago they have confirmed its picked for delivery on  the 7/12/20  the Tracking number wasn't showing for him at this point but he believed I would see it later on this evening. 

 

So if you any of you haven't heard anything yet hopefully they will be coming out later for you all 

Hello, first time poster. Been reading from day 1, I’ve ordered the console and controller 19/11 at 8:45 and heard nothing. Been through to live chat and they’ve told me they can’t provide me with details but to ring DS and they’ll be able to update me on everything. I’ve ordered the ps5 under my partners account, do you think I’ll still be able to call even though it’s under her name?

So why on earth did they post on Twitter yesterday that they have more consoles up for order if they don't have any stock???

So it looks like:

 

- console only last week

- the console only leftovers and then the console plus controller bundle orders this week

- console plus controller bundle leftovers and console controller ps plus bundle next week 

- new orders the weeks after 

 

f*** EE I wish I didn’t buy the most expensive one.

I messaged here earlier. Think everyone missed it. But I got. My dpd notification and I had ordered Console only at 8:23 release date. Seems like today is the day for us release date lot

Just for anyone who ordered the big bundle and looking for an update, I called up the 0800 number and they’ve said that mine hasn’t been picked yet and it should be in the next wave but that’s all the information he can give me, another fun week ahead 

What’s the number to phone for the team who are dealing with the ps5s? I may as well waste an hour of my time and be told To wait till 16th December
