You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Luemr Not true there are no bundle boxes of PS5 anywhere any bundles are done by that company not Sony

@jackg9890 Go in live chat and say “please check my order and tell me if it shows as open sales” then give your xko number and the person will tell you. Takes like 2 minutes of your time.
people who receive DPD notifications today will have had the ps5 assigned to them and there order won’t be open sales anymore

I’m bundle, I had a text saying it’s confirmed, I was quite optimistic about us bundle buyers receiving delivery notifications today but as I scroll down and the time goes on it doesn’t look like likely, how can you advertise more ps5’s in stock but not even fulfil your last set of delivery’s?

@murpo all EE orders show as open till picked at the warehouse mine could show as open now but when the warehouse pick the item it closes the order so everyone has their order as open till it’s picked it can change in a flash mate.

I ordered the ps5 + controller & ps plus, I’ve had the order processed email after I had to call 0800 to verify something last week, havnt heard anything until a couple of days where I got another text confirming delivery by 15th at the latest,

@matsmad7 I know mate, sorry for sounding negative but I just remember when I got my iPhone it was assigned to me a day before the release date so it didn’t show as open sales anymore and then the next day I got the DPD notification.
maybe I’m wrong, I just like complaining because I’m British.

When I worked in this industry the systems haven’t changed the order shows as open till you close it as shipped it just needs a scan from the warehouse. So the warehouse has to scan the serial number and then it changed

@murpo haven’t got to say sorry mate it’s stressful and if we had better communication from EE would make a lot of people more calm
