You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@AndriiUK no Chance people who ordered today will get it dispatched tomorrow they still have orders to fulfill from the original pre orders on the 19th November for bundles and some console only’s as well

A little help for people new to this forum from what the people who ordered on the 19th have learned from this experience.
never trust online chat.
online chat have been beyond useless to telling people just standard nothing till the 15th December (which is fine) to sony have stopped making ps5 and people who say EE sent them are lying. FYI that really happened.!!
the customer service team 90% of them haven’t got a clue what’s going on majority of them yesterday weren’t aware EE/BT had even offered pre orders for today. Even this morning some people were reporting that they weren’t aware today either.
EE will ship what they want when they want.
people who ordered the ps5 console only at 8:20am are still waiting where people who ordered around 10pm got consoles. And CS had no idea why they said it would be done on first come first serve.
good luck to everyone it’s menatal this forum and it’s even more mental on Facebook as EE have been deleting posts on this forum and the Facebook page is worse then this forum.

I just spoke to the digital sales team. The guy I spoke to said they have had no stock in today and was unable to confirm when they will get stock. He also said those that ordered today will not be getting there's before Christmas as all of the outstanding orders still need to be fulfilled. He also kept saying I would "probably" get mine on or before the 15th... I had my order confirmed at 08:22 on the 19th 😕

@Teemeans you’re 100% accurate some of the stories about the online chat in this forum have been hilarious the crap they come out with
