**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Mine said cancelled under my account but then they sent over the confirmation email, very strange!

Just keep in mind guys that your (justifiable) anger and ire should be directed at scalper groups who have bots and workarounds to get through queues for high demand items quickly so they can resell at 100% or more profit. 

 

The companies definitely need a way to stop this from happening again and in fairness to EE, they did. The items were restricted to customers only.

 

Communication has been terrible and I am annoyed just as the rest of you but I honestly wasn't even hoping for a ps5 this side of Christmas so as long as the EE order comes through, I'm happy to wait. 

 

Don't buy from scalpers. Ever. I know it may seem like you have no other choice but you do. Just wait until they're more available.

This is the most infuriating thing ever. Just missed out on Argos. 

Some people are getting them today and they ordered today.

The thing is with EE, for some reason, the number that’s on my order isn’t even one that I own. 

i phoned yesterday to ask it be changed and they can’t, so I won’t receive any updates whatsoever. I have no idea what in the **** is going on. It’s an absolute mess and I expect better.

 

for all I know I’m not even gonna get one, and yet, they’re releasing more stock TODAY when ALL of us are still waiting for a bleeding update, never mind delivery!!!

 

im disgusted that this is how to get treat after years and years of loyal custom 

Just got an EE DPD notification. I also ordered the LG TV with new contract deal. Could be either, but I only ordered the new contract a week ago, so thought it could be quite soon for the TV?

As annoying as this may be for people to see others ordering via argos it’s good news in a sense for us lot with ee orders, it shows that a pile of stock has landed at argos warehouses and I can only believe this is the case elsewhere for ee wether it’s today or was yesterday not just on company gets stock, I’m quite confident we’ll get a text and email friday and will all have our consoles come Monday, just stay positive guys we haven’t got to long to wait now u til we get in on the 15th worst case anyway, why waste your time refreshing sites and crashing and having to wait for refund from cancelled orders I think too many of u are impatient and so am I but you won’t see me refreshing argos cause I know full well ee will have my console 🙂

If we don’t get it until 15th, if our bills are generated for example 21st dec surely we won’t get charged the full whack for the ps5 surely in December ?

It's one per account, check your orders to make sure it hasn't been cancelled (they don't send email or text for cancellations)
