You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Weird that they’re doing them out of order. I ordered the console+controller+ps plus bundle at 8.17 yesterday.
My £10 has been taken hours ago but no email or text. 😕

Hi, I placed my order about 4 minutes before my friend yet he has received the second email confirming his order will be arriving and money has been taken out of his account but I haven’t received anything or the sort. How is it that his order is arriving before mine despite the fact that I placed my order before him? Is there a queue or is it just random?

An update on my order:
I purchased the bundle with extra controller but without PS+
Order placed at 8:36 yesterday.
Received an email today at 10:36 from EE confirming my order and that I would be contacted by DPD once my order was en route. They also add that deliveries are Monday-Friday only

I wouldn't worry, they've taken money out of your account so you should be good to go.
I on the other hand, got confirmation email at 8.21 yesterday, no money taken out and no comms at all, a little disheartened but it is what it is 😞

This is really interesting given what I was told by then today.
I am sim only, I was able to place the order and I received a confirmation with xo code on the webpage. I also got a ‘your order email’.
It says in t&c’s that sim only members are not eligible but I dont get why some seemingly are eligible?
I went for the one with the additional controller, 45 for 11 months. I got my confirmation at around 8:45 so who knows what could happen I suppose I can be a bit hopeful but not overly.

Iv just dialled this number ...0800 0790531 to be told they are not taking any more calls and to call back later today or tomo why are some people getting thro and dealt with and others not ?
