You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I see you ordered the PS5 with DualShock Controller and PS Plus bundle on 21st November and we have that order in our system ready to be fulfilled once we get the stoc I'm aware some customers have started to receive deliveries as there were 3 different PS5 bundles, and we did get stock for one of those to start making shipments.

Yours will be delivered as soon as we have stock of your bundle. It could be that the people with the different information ordered the different bundles, but overall everyone should be getting told that we expect to fulfil all orders by the 15th December as per the advice given on our website where the order was placed.

Yeah he doesn't know as much as the digital sales teams was waste of time. Just hoping. The people I spoke to this morning knew what they were talking about and said the controllers had just literally came in and stock was waiting. Two people confirmed this she put me through to customer care to see if she could find out anymore and she confirmed the exact same thing. Thought I'd try my luck with live chat just now.. They said I'll be waiting till Christmas 😂😂😂🙄

Total comedy of errors. I’m sure there are multiple people at EE that know exactly what is happening. You don’t just get 1000s of consoles worth £10,000s delivered out of the blue from Asia. Someone at EE knows exactly how many of each item are arriving where and at what time they will arrive.
EE’s failure to distribute this information internally is absolutely laughable considering they are a communications company.

I received the exact same email this morning. I had contacted customer services before just to check that everything was alright and they confirmed that I would receive the ps5. I ordered the Bundle with controller and ps plus. I tried to phone them after I received the email but the lines are extremely busy.

They might have *some* bundle stock availible. We have no clue.
When I spoke to ee last night the rep said my bundle order was just waiting on DPD.
So it could be getting packed and parcelled as we speak. Who knows....

Until it gets confirmed on this thread theres no way were gonna know when. Didn't have a clue about the ps5s sent out today until people for notifications.

I am still waiting for a order confirmation number to track. I've had a email saying thanks for your order and another email saying i can expect to receive my PlayStation 5 before the 15th and also EE took the £10 put of my account last week so I guess I'll just to wait lol
