**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Are you excited about getting your hands on one?

The fact that Sim-Only orders who were "put at the back of the queue" are recieving PS5's today is disgusting from EE's part let's be honest. If you are Sim-Only then you dont deserve to recieve a console until after the 15th when they get more stock as you clearly couldn't read!!

My ps5 just been deliverd

I seem to have had a slightly different experience to everyone else! Order at 8:36 on launch day. Got my xko number and was happy. Saw on here that SIM only people were being told that they weren’t eligible. Just kept quiet as I’m sim only. Then got a text from add to plan for £22 a month. Called EE and they said they’ve added PS4 + FIFA21. So of course I said absolutely not. PS4 despatched and recalled. Don’t think it’s got back to them yet. Informed that the ps5 will be added once the ps4 is returned. £22 still on my add to plan as of now. Had the xko email again. Same number. Now had the £55 add to plan added with £10 loyalty thing. Still waiting for the ps4 to get back to them so they can take the £22 off again!

Honestly I hope I'm wrong. But I don't think us bundle customers will hear anything until next Friday.

If you think about the Thursday delivery thing it makes sense. They received ps5 only on Thursday and shipped them Friday. So I imagine the next batch will go out Friday again.

Ordered the ps5 with controller and playstation plus as thats the first one I seen, ordered at 8.27 recieved 6 emails about confirming my order, got an inbox the next day about a mismatch got it sorted straight away then got my xko order number 2 hours later plus the £10 taken from the bank, I do disagree that the sim only people shouldn't be getting there's yet as it stated they shouldn't be allowed to get one anyway to be fair so that's kinda pee'd me off, its fair that console only people are getting there's first but us bundle people should be put before sim only!! I rung billing as I needed to speak to them an sneakily snook in about my ps5 order he said its still open order an when they receive the next batch thats when I'll be getting mine so I don't know when that's gonna be to be honest, I don't mind waiting but the fact sim only people are getting them before us bundle people in bang out of order we should be out first an like someone mentioned before sim only was put to the back of the queue so does that mean we have now!! Never had problems with ee until the ps5 came on the app! 😕
