**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

 

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

 

 

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?


When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.



Am I eligible?


You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

 

 

Can I buy over the phone?


No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

 

 

How do I know my order has been successful?


When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.


You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

 

 

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?


Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

 

 

Will you be selling accessories or games?


Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

 

 

How will I find out about my delivery details?

 

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

 

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

 

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

 

 

What if I want to cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I could actually cry. 

 

Only got the bundle as it was the only thing I could see. 

 

Now it's delayed for console only people.

If this is legit and they are withholding orders because of a controller instead of shipping them separately then that is the biggest amount of horse**** I have ever heard and grossly unfair. Every company in the world is prepared to ship out items separately. Amazon for instance warn you if your order is coming in two separate deliveries etc. For EE not to offer this when they clearly know how badly people are waiting on the consoles is just straight up cruel.

Not if its sold as a bundle. Under normal circumstances youd be pretty annoyed to get a console without an extra controller if youd ordered it, no?

The people who have had tracking dpd confirmed Is it a text message or an email you receive?? And also is it from EE or DPD ????

Well, the way things are going think im gonna be sat in the kids bedroom on Christmas Day watching the new lgcx TV, rocking backwards and forwards thinking about the Christmas's that could have been.

 

I think there is still time we have 2 and a half weeks until d-day set by ee so I'm sure they will come through, let's remain positive folks, good on all those who have had confirmation of delivery.

 

In all honesty I feel for CS staff, bet they have had the worst few days of their time working in the centre, considering we are still in the midst of a pandemic, i am surprised production of the consoles has, come anywhere near, meeting the demand, that has been placed on these consoles, and let's face it at least we fortunate few have been told we are getting them, we can rest assured we have been told the consoles will be with us by th 15th, and for that I am thankful, I do however WANT MY CONSOLE NOW, DPD CONFIRMATION AND EVERYTHING TO STOP ME WORRYING ABOUT THIS WHOLE ISSUE.

I see this thread has exploded this afternoon, have been following since about page 50 so have understood the situation over the last few days but now i see that some people have received dpd emails to say for delivery tomorrow.

 
if someone could please reply to some questions for me:

 My situation is i ordered about 08:30 on Thurs, got them 4 confirmation emails then the email to say it has passed and is processing. Had the £10 taken out last Friday.

I have rang several times and each time they have said yes i am fine and i will definitely get one.

i have never been given that ko number or whatever it is, i did ask customer service and they said i do have one because everyone gets one when they make an order. I don’t know where to find it or what it is.
(If someone knows where to find it then please tell me because i have looked and looked through the site and the app to no avail, i can’t see any add ons either that people have been talking about 😕 

 

 Is there a chance i might still get a dpd message to say i have a delivery tomorrow or have i missed out?

i just want to know if there is anyone else in the same situation who is getting one tomorrow.

Also did the message come at the same time as everyone else's on here or are they gradually being sent out through the evening?

sorry I’m a bit late to this forum

ive just received a text saying Hi from EE, thanks for buying an accessory and choosing to pay £40 over the next 11 months. Your total payment for this product will be £440.

 

does this mean that there’s a chance I could receive my Ps5 tomorrow?
