You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Honestly, i placed my order at 8.46 but I'm not fussed if people who ordered after get it before me.
As long as it comes before the 24th December I'll be happy, and just the fact that people are starting to get notifications is a massive step forward in my opinion and makes me a little more at ease that we will all see our orders.

What dose this mean i have checked that yes the order is placed and open sales means that your order is currently getting packed and getting ready to be dispatch, so in next few days you will get the tracking number text to your mobile, however, the deliver will be done by 15th December

The whole process has been incredibly frustrating.
The 'pre-ordered' PS5's I ordered from Game have now all arrived, yet the 'in stock' PS5 I ordered at 8.20am a week ago still hasn't.
Overall a happy customer, but this has been a dreadful experience.

I was very pleased with EE initially but I think they have been very poor in their communication since last Friday. I also hope there is no truth that people with bundles are being held back behind people who orders the console only. Do EE honestly think people who ordered the ps5 would want to wait to get it all together rather than just have their console and get the extras later?
Given that the vast majority of these are Xmas presents and the fact there is 116 pages of anxiety in this forum alone it tells you people would have preferred to have their console 1st and worry about an extra controller when its in stock.
As such it should have been sent based on when orders where placed and to those who met the T&Cs first and then others after. Thats the only fair way and anything else is total and utter incompetence

It’s odd that mine doesn’t automatically show in the DPD app but it does on the website, even though all my contact details tally up.

Please please don't forget that they might also be shipping based on dpd orders, furthest first etc.
They are all coming from one warehouse, so if your far away they need to send it asap

Got text this morning with xko number asking to call the 0800 to provide more details.
Called at 4pm. CSA on the phone didn’t ask for anything other than the xko number, put me on hold for about 5-10 mins and processed the order.
This applied the £XX add on to MyEE and I got an email confirmation of the order being processed and some info about couriers etc.
I’ll add that I placed the order around 10am on release day and only had an “about your order” email until today.
