It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

A few people mentioned it which I thought was odd as I knew at least me and another person ordered after 8.45 and before 9
I went for the bundle as I didn't realise there were smaller packages , I just went for the first I found 😂😂

It would be much easier to get staff to sort them on which bundle people ordered instead of the time placement of the order .. which in all fairness will make the process allot faster for us all

Just been on the phone to digital sales ... apparently they havnt got stock in the warehouse atm ?? .. always 2 steps forward.. and 5 steps back ... 😪😪

The lady I spoke to said they had a team meeting this morning and was told stock was in warehouse during this team meeting

To be fair they said delivery by 15th December which is still 3 weeks away, I don't think anyone thought they would have them in stock and not be shipping right away? Especially given their massive size

@matsmad7 If what she said is true, then great. But we also just need to wait until EE send their updates via email or text.
Just take everything with a pinch of salt until then, saves disappointment 🙂

Im fully expecting the 15th anyway just i seen a post stating they had been in contact and was told somthing along the lines of "100% stock is in the warehouse " .... so I was curious and phoned myself to be told otherwise 😞 has anybody else phoned today ??

stock tomorrow apparently , but still radio silence from EE

Exactly what I was told as well

It sucks waiting, but at the end of the day I think the key is just being happy that we were able to order one. EE said by the 15th December and that's not ideal, but it's better than having to wait until 2021.
For those saying that they have oversold their allocation, I highly doubt it. They'll have entered a number into the system, after which it would have been automatically marked as out of stock. An operation the size of EE isn't going to have an e-commerce platform that isn't tied to stock management.
The whole radio silence thing from EE isn't going to be as a result of not wanting to keep people informed. It's probably that they genuinely don't know what is going to happen with receiving the stock from Sony. It's clear that there are challenges in the manufacturing pipeline, probably due to COVID-19, so it's likely that Sony can only really give estimates.
So just chill! If you've placed an order and haven't had it cancelled due to terms issues, you're most likely getting a PS5 by the 15th December.
