You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Has anyone spoke with dpd to see if they have been informed of anything with what is happening. Not that they will want to give too much up. From what i can tell EE did not have any stock and thats why it wasnt said till the day before the 19th that they was going to sell the ps5 so i dont believe EE have any stock and are yet allocated any and as the Ceo sony said they had nothing left at all. I am very doubtful we will see it before the 15th but wish ee all the luck on getting it to us. We are all waiting Ee an update date would be good either it be good or bad news and not just leaving us in limbo.

EE changed the £10 from delivery to when prossessed so that in itself should of told us all they hold no stock...so it's just a waiting game.ss EE cs snd digital sales give different stories

Makes me feel a bit of a fool, they tricked us to order the console from them when we could've done it from someone who actually had the stock later in the day. Very dishonest, I wasn't expecting it from EE, they never miss a chance to remind you that they're the best operator in the UK and then this.

Yeah i have seen. It dont sound too promosing. Sit bavk and wait i guess i dont see them daying a word till the delivery date as thats when we was all told so if they get them to us by then they kinda have done well as thats when they told us but if not its not going to look good on there part. I fo believe sony is the problem here though. They just either did not see the demand or completly rushed and miscalculated this launch. Gaming has well grown in the years since playstation anf microsoft last had a launch.

I don't get why loads of people on here are having a pop at EE. We've been given a date of the 15th December. if that comes and goes and we don't have our consoles then fine, I think there's grounds to have a go, but for the moment, I think they've been quite clear.
It's a waiting game, and yes frustrating, but going nuts online isn't going to make it come any quicker.

They also stated that they'll update us weekly about our order. No need to wait until the 15th, if you don't hear from them one week later that means they've played us.

I don’t think it’s just EE that’s having trouble with stock, Very have sent emails stating there has been a delay and they don’t yet have a delivery date.. original date was 17th dec 🤷🏻♀️ So who knows. We get them when we get them and there’s not much else we can do

In the awkward limbo of being a sim only customer who recieved an order confirmation.
Unsure as to whether it's worth calling EE up and pleading with them to honor the deal or to stick it out and hope it gets processed and lands at the door.
Also has anyone successfully switched their pre-order to an account of a relative that does have a wifi/ mobile plan?

EE moved the goal posts when stating the £10 would be took once console left for delivery...and when people questioned it. they changed it to £10 took when order processed.

Has ANYONE here any single person who has received a tracking or any kind of date of delivery.
No I am not asking "by 15th December" I know that but a genuine delivery time frame
