**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

@MikeD_89 This can simply mean that it was in stock for ordering and the later tweets to inform that stock had now been allocated. Doesn't mean the stock is physically with EE.

It can mean a lot of things - which is why the majority of us are just asking for clear communication.

@dearlyphoto If I went into Tescos and said "have you got this toaster in stock mate" and then went to buy it only to be told "not really lol" after I had made my order I would be fuming 🤣🤣🤣

What a load of **** @dearlyphoto here a screenshot from EE's twitter that clearly said they sold out of stock and more on the way soon. Anyone would have taken this as they've sold out the stock they actually have already not stock they are waiting for

@Profile closed Those on Sim Only aren't being cancelled for 'no reason', so it's not a remotely comparable situation. If my order were to be cancelled when I meet all eligibility criteria and placed it the second they were available, I'd have every right to be disappointed - as would anyone in that position. Sim Only customers were never in that position.
Also, a confirmation email means nothing in terms of a contract of sale - that's not complete until the goods are delivered.
Oh, and to respond to a previous comment, I hope everyone gets what they ordered. I've no desire to see sim only customers lose out, but it was always in the small print.

@Gdownes It's not a load of (insert whatever expletive you used) though, is it? That's how most online retailers operate. They receive an allocation of stock from a distributor in the supply chain - e.g. Syncreon Technology who operate on behalf of Apple supplying stock to retailers all over the country. The stock doesn't actually go from Syncreon to the retailer's warehouse though - instead the retailer is allocated an amount of the stock the distributer has (hence, 'in stock').
How long it takes to deliver that item is an entirely separate matter. These are irrefutable facts I'm afraid.

why aren't we allowed to ask questions when EE have clearly made a booboo by allowing us sim only customers to place an order, then for people who ordered after EE tweeted they had sold out 8:57 to be allowed to get one its poor business practice and makes you lose faith in their customer service.

@dearlyphoto But the way they advertised the product to us made us believe we were eligible. Why let someone buy something and make them think they have it, at best, it's morally questionable. The fine print is indeed there but who on earth read that when trying to get this console? I can bet you my life savings (£3) that you didn't before you ordered.
And yeah, I appreciate that but the way you stoutly defend EE as if they have done nothing wrong here comes across badly. They have made a mistake, they need to honour it or at the very least admit it.
