**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions
You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.
Find out more about Add To Plan >
Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

I would complain but i only ordered the ps+ bundle on the 3rd and had the DST process it on Saturday. He said at the time it should be the 15th. If i dont have a notification by the 13th thats who I am going to.
Considering they charged the 3rd release wrong again... which is annoying as I planned to just pay it outright on my first bill!.

Hey look at this way - in a weeks time we will all have our consoles, let’s not fall out. EE are doing great bearing in mind the demand / bots / and CV19 - they will come through and deliver
don’t forget they are doing us a favour, only for EE customers, ability to pay over 11 months.
great job keep it up EE and merry Christmas everyone 🙂

I'm not surprised they are sending out orders from the 3rd before they have fulfilled the ones from the 19th. It's not fair on the OGs at all but it is what it is until they breach the 15th delivery date, at which point all hell will break loose. All we can do is learn from our mistakes and not order via EE again if we're not happy with the service and/or process!
