**UPDATED** We've added some extra information to cover some more frequently asked questions

You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Find out more about Add To Plan >

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.

The PS5 is showing as out of stock, what should I do?

When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.

Am I eligible?

You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).

Can I buy over the phone?

No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop

How do I know my order has been successful?

When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number

You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.

You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.

When will my £10 upfront payment be taken?

Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.

Will you be selling accessories or games?

Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.

How will I find out about my delivery details?

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.

DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.

A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

@Joeywestham

Only one person mentioned legal action - which I think just gave us all a laugh to be honest 😂

The one chat I had with the digital sales team at time of processing my £10 and receiving that 'winging its way email' whilst on phone the team member i spoke to stated that they were expecting stock every thursday from this thursday and they would be sent out to customers once they come into warehouse, where people are in that stack I do not know. But as far as I am aware I was told no later than 15th dec and it could be sometime in next 3 weeks. Personally I am hoping for the sooner the better as my husbands birthday is on 9th.

What will be will be and all anyone knows is that when they receive stock if your £10 is processed already youll be on the list to have one sent out.

@MikeD_89 it was me that mentioned class action and I don't recall anyone tagging me in a post replying to it so if you are going to reply then at least tag me. Whilst you say people had a good laugh at me don't you wonder how many people agree with me??

Aren't you the person who first shouted that they had a DPD tracking number then realised you were wrong??

No hostility meant. We are all in the same boat here. Different people are reacting differently to it. I have just lost my job, live on my own and have crippling social anxiety so for me, and I mean this in the truest sense of the word, this is a lifeline for me. Everyone wants/needs this for their own reasons. For me it's a link to something that doesn't make me feel really sick and cause my heart to race.

That is the same number that I called.. it seems like other people are discussing their orders with staff and I'm worried now that my order won't go through because of this issue. I keep trying to call but it's constantly too busy and tells me to call back. I guess I'll keep trying and see what happens?

Can you all see the PS5 added to your add ons or has anyone been charged the £50 in their recent phone bill?

I tagged you, as a solicitor, I advised that there is no legal action to be taken.

Agree gaming is a great way to deal with what you mention, but you're not going to make it easier by fretting.

@Joeywestham thank you Joey.

Like I said we are all in this together. Me posting about class action was born from nothing more than anxiety and just wanting to know what is happening. I appreciate that there is no action there to take. It means more to some than it does to others......

EE statement pls 😅

I ended up ordering two PS5s from EE. The first was on a SIM only account. Later I read that the offer was not applicable to such accounts so I ordered another on an account with a contract phone and more than 17 months remaining - which hopefully will be entitled to the PS5 add-on.

I am now supremely confident that I will receive zero, one or two consoles from EE. These will definitely arrive before, or after 15 December 2020, or never.

Now I just have to wait and see which one of these possibilities occurs.

The frenzy on this thread does make entertaining reading though.

I know its hard , I'm a known worrier and like things in place and set in stone.

However all I'm reassured is I have one but obviously nothing set it stone as to when.

I do think ee should have been clearer on whether they had stock etc, that saying I know other suppliers have had issues and all the advisors on the phone have been fab - online chat is where all the stories come from.

I have heard so many stories like you all and now I'm at the stage of what will be will be. I did hear there's two batches from order till 845 am then second batch 9 am till out of stock. Bit I ordered at 857 am so who knows.

My friend at ee said the ps5 are under a different team and each day they just get debriefed as to what to say so it has gone from yes we have stock and ready to go to no we haven't got stock.. but he did say it is true that stock does get delivered usually on a Thursday- however as they haven't had ps5 before he is unsure if this is the same as other things.

Again he checked my order and said its open as many are which means the warehouse has our details and awaiting stock.

Just remember we are all in this together ❤
