Few things here really...

Are you asking can you get an xbox series s/x?

Then yes just go to the gaming page of EE and purchase one.

Are you saying can you swap the ps5 you purchased for an xbox?

Well how long have you had the ps5 from EE? If less than 14 days and purchased online then yes you can return the item under the distance selling act and then you can go ahead and purchase the xbox (they won't just swap).

If ou have had the ps5 longer then sorry you can't just swap it because you changed your mind.
