Free 12 month Game Pass - where is it?

I signed up to a broadband deal which promised 12 months Game Pass.  I recieved the text message with the link which tells me to follow ee.co.uk/go/gameing - head for Your Products (cant find this), scroll to Gaming and click Add.

Has anyone got this to work that could help?

Nothing on the app either.  I've tried to click on My Plans and Subscriptions as per another forum post, but it just says, "

This service isn’t working right now
