EE Game Card not received

I have ordered the PS5 pro Online and was supposed to receive my £125 EE GAME CARD but did not receive it. It’s been more than 2 weeks since it was delivered. I filled in 2 complaints form and waited more than 72 hours and all I got was a text saying complained closed. What more can I do to get my ee game card. I have contacted ee more than 5 times and nothing is being done to get what I am owed!!!’

I'm sorry this hasn't been resolved and I understand why you are frustrated @Imran97 

Our team over the phone do have a process to follow to investigate this. I'm not sure what happened when you called, but if you are unable to get this resolved on call, they can escalate this as a complaint for you there and then.

I am sorry to hear you have still not received your Game Card. 

Have you tried texting EE GameCard to 150?

I have tried texting 150 and had no response nor received the game card. I have tried everything else that I was asked of and still nothing has been done to resolve this issue. What more can I do??? This is frustrating.
