where do I find my bills to download?

I cannot find my bills to download on my EE. I need all of 2021 for my tax report. All the advice given in the community or on the help page does not work - neither do I have a download button nor can I text BILL to 150. Any idea?

You're on PAYG. You don't get bills on PAYG; you pay money just by topping-up. Hence PAYG! Therefore you won't find any bills in your MyEE or anywhere else.

Unfortunately not. Under Bills & Payments" there is "Current Credit", "Your pack" and "Free Boosts" but no option to view or download a bill
