Hi, I have a rather complex problem.
I have been an EE member for a while, running a pay as you go account. A long time ago I created an account with my email address for this phone number and everything has been good.
Today I tried to login and could not. However I could (and did) register with the same email address I used ages back. However now I cannot add/connect my phone number to this account as it says it is already in another account?
Help is much appreciated.

You will need to call EE to reset the account(s) so then you can register the number to your account.

You actually remind me I failed to mention: There does not seem to be a working number that I can contact. I have tried 150, 0800 079 8586, 0800 956 6000, 0207 362 0200 and others from my phone. Beeps once and disconnects.

If you are on PAYG do you have credit on your phone as it costs you 25p to call 150.
