You need to improve your service! It’s terrible! And I will not pay another penny towards your WiFi that you are not providing to me! As you are not providing me nothing! It hasn’t worked properly in the last year! I always put off calling you as my job is so stressful! And when I come home it’s always late at night! I want to take this further as I’m very disappointed. I want you to go back in my history and see how many times I put on my hotspot on and how bad your service is! I will not rest until I get some answers

Yes it has! I haven’t even used my WiFi! It works better when it’s not on! And I have to put on my hotspot on just to be able to watch something on the TV! Yet I’m paying 41 pounds a month!!!! For what???? EE you are **bleep** and I want a refund and an explanation or I will take this this further! Everyone is complaining on this forum so I’m going to cancel the direct debit until I get an explanation!!!!

Welcome to the Community, @Shell83

It's disappointing to hear that you've had so much trouble with your WiFi over the last year or so, too.

As a first port of call, I would definitely recommend using our fault checker by sending a text with HELP to 66033.

This will guide you through some steps to try at your end and run a check on your line to see if we're aware of any faults.

From there, if needs be we can help you arrange an engineer appointment or call back from our team.

Alternatively, you can find details of the other ways to reach out to us here:

Do you deal with any other companies whose service you are incredibly happy with?

And if so.... have you posted on their forums to praise their service and say you have no problems?

Hi @Shell83

Assuming this is mobile broadband what service do you have (4G, 5G or both).

Which router do you have.

Have you checked coverage in your area and if there are any issues locally with EE network status checker

I would recommend against cancelling you direct debit as this could impact your credit.

You can complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint

Thanks
