Hello
I currently have 2 sims on my family plan. One of which I managed to name as my daughter so it shows her name within the app. I activated her number online as I wasn't porting a number and it was her first phone.
I can't find any way to change the name of my 2nd sim to my other daughters name, online or in the app.
In fact, online it still shoes both accounts as telephone numbers whereas in the app I see 1 daughters name and the other as a phone number.
Is there any way to edit the 2nd sim into a name?

@RedS1lence : You can't assign names to your mobile nos. in your online MyEE but you can in the app. Include both your daughters in your phone's Contacts & give the MyEE app permission to access your Contacts.

I haven’t got any we sims for my daughter’s as I don’t have any daughters and I want them cancelled immediately. I have never used we sims as you don’t get a reception in my property with ee mobile sims. So cancel this as I never received any sims or signed up for any ee sims this is a form of fraud.
I want this cancelled

@Ja1966 : What do you want cancelled? If you have no EE SIMs you have nowt to cancel as far as EE is concerned.

I've been with BT Mobile for a while and been able to set names for ease of reference. Anyone from EE want to comment on when this is going to be addressed as it is really annoying, and should be a very simple bit of code. The app solution is clunky and not useful when using a browser - hard to see why they signed that off for development.

Welcome to the community.
The way to name your numbers on your account is allowing the app access to your contacts. This will change within your My EE and also update via the web.
