I am unable to use the My Ee app - I have had this for many years and suddenly it’s stopped working making it impossible for me to gift data to my linked accounts.
I have cleared cache, deleted app and reinstalled a couple of times with no success. I am using an iPhone on latest software. When going into the app I just see the following screen which has no where to physically log on -anyone have any ideas? EE not replied as yet to my query

Hi Leanne - yes I can log in to my EE account via the website on my laptop - the issue is with the Mobile app - I am using an iPhone SE

Can you try fully deleting the app again and go to the app store and redownload the app, can you enter your log in details?

Hi Leanne as already mentioned in my original post - I have deleted and downloaded - I have done this 3 times - restarted the phone and still unable to log in - I have given a screen shot above of what I see - there is no where to log in.

This advice is not correct. You can call customer support, they will not however help you with this issue but will advise this is a known issue and to try again in 4-5 days. At which point you will try again to be faced with the same issue. The EE app is now just a storefront to push you to buy more stuff. My advice is to just delete the app and use the web version. The app is not even remotely fit for purpose..
