down again... after not being able to log in and EE not giving a dilli provide all info they ask and they still say no, when i am able to connect to PAY MY BILLS before i get an extra charge and would you believe down. also my net is not ment to be on now, notice went in last month and today was the final payment on the end of contract. im not paying another month for the b-band. cant wait till mobile is out of contract so that can go in the bin too.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having viewing your bills, so I'd recommend reaching back out to our team about this if it does continue.
If your broadband hasn't stopped after you've requested then it may also be worth speaking with them to see why this hasn't happened.

tried for 3 weeks to try and log in and EE was as helpful as a bucket handle. now i am able to log in maintenance. i refuse to pay any extra charges you decide to chuck on my accounts because of this. also my broadband is meant to be disconnected now as put notice in on 16th last month. not paying BB bill if one is generated next month.

You are posting at 12.32 am and ultimately someone will always be inconvenienced when systems are down for improvements.
Please read the link below on how to pay your bill. There are many ways including online banking. No real excuse to be late unless you are struggling to pay your bill in which case read here.
