I have a pay as you go phone for a family member added to my account. I can't see this when using my ee on the web site but it shows on the app. I'm trying to add a subscription pack to the pay as you go phone using the app but it continually says Pack Error and I can't add it using the website. can anyone help please

Login to your MyEE online & click on the Menu's Switch Accounts dropdown. These are your A/c nos., not their mobile nos. Click on each 1 in turn & then Account Settings / Manage numbers. There you will see each device's mobile no.

Thanks for your help! problem partially solved. I have now found the account but still unable to add a subscription pack as I keep getting the system down message. Hopefully it will be operational soon. Thanks again much appreciated.

EE Apps must be the worst apps you can get. Several years on and they still get the basic function to work.  Other mobile operators have got far better apps .
