closed yet again in less than a week

This is getting ridiculous now, the app is always sitting down for maintenance, no other apps I use close as often as this one does, it’s crap and I’ve had enough .

If this is frequently impacting you using the app then I'd recommend making a complaint, or re-opening your previous complaint, and the team will be able to take a look into this for you.

Same, I was going to turn off the hub light in my bedroom hub but couldn’t again - couldn’t last night either 😡

It’s ridiculous, it’s shut every other night, I need it to control the WiFi at night for the kids I look after, the groups are not suitable in this case, I need flexibility.
I’ve never heard of any other app closing as often as the ee app does, it must be substandard to need work every other night and you don’t get anywhere if you complain, they don’t even listen, useless narcissistic developers who need training how to do their job, this never used to happen when it was BT,
In all the time I was using the app, it never closed once 😡😡
