I have tried to link my phone at least 10 times it keeps saying the device is already linked but it doesn't show on the app at all.I have also tried to change my direct debit date and there is no option to do this on the app.I have called EE twice they keep changing the direct debit date for me but the system keeps bouncing the request back and not processing it.What can I do?

I am sorry to hear this is happening.
Please give us a call and our customer care team can help link your account.
If they are still unable to update your direct debit date a ticket can raised for our technical care team to look into this further.
